Whats Your Price?

Whats Your Price? Everything, I mean EVERYTHING, comes with a price. The question is; How much are you willing to pay for what you want? You want to be stronger, faster, simply better - this all can happen at a price. There is no money involved. The cost is effort, sweat, time, and discipline.

No matter your goal, you have to be willing to pay for it. To many times people have looked to pills, potions, and devices for shortcuts. You end up draining your wallet without getting results or getting results you can’t maintain. Only those willing to pay the daily price for success will find it and keep it.

I saw a commercial the other day for a drug that will diminish unwanted body fat? The list of side effects was pretty long. The cost for weight loss in a bottle is diminished health. This makes no sense when you can make positive changes in your lifestyle to achieve the same desired effect without the negative health risks. In fact, you can increase your overall health and well being while achieving your goals. Sounds like a no brainer to me; put down the bottle and start paying up.

Getting fit and more healthy is not rocket science. Make sure you eat more fruit, vegetables, and healthy sources of protein then food that comes in plastic, boxes, freezers, and other assorted processes. Finally, do something physical that burns calories appropriate to your food intake.

We have all heard “No pain, No gain.” The pain is not always physical. Sometimes it is mental. Things that are not easy involve different kinds of pain. These are the prices we all pay to find change and success in all things.

Having trouble finding the results you want? Look at what you are looking to pay. I bet there is a disparity. Find some balance, pay the price, and achieve positive growth!
