Line of the day “I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!” I love it. I didn’t have to do or say anything. Self realization that prompts action. We all get there at one point or another but it is what we do that separates us from failure and negativity then moves us towards a more positive space. The guy doing box jumps right now is motivated.
Some guys here call it the “Wright Rule”. I basically have a rule that I govern my life by. If you are unhappy you have to change your perception so you can find some satisfaction in the benefits of what you are doing or you have to stop what you are unhappy about and move forward to something else. It comes from not being happy or satisfied and not accepting it. I accept the place I have put myself but I do not become so complacent that I can’t or won’t act. If you don’t like it change it.
If you are not happy with how you feel, look, etc…. don’t let the couch win. Don’t let the pizza dictate you waste line. Take control and figure out what you really want. If you know what you want everything else is easy. Answers are easy when you have the right questions.
So, if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, get up and go make a change. What do you want? Figure that out then go for it!
