
How do you get work done? You do work.
Seriously, everything is as simple or as complex as you choose to make it. How do you get thru the work day and accomplish what you had in mind from the start? You just do it and don’t accept anything less. Excuses will come into your brain but this is you just afraid to figure out how to do what needs to be done.
Those that lock onto external motivation and pay the bigs bucks to hear a person speak are just looking for answers they already have. You don’t need motivation from me or anyone else to do what you have to do. You just have to stop screwing yourself by thinking is another way that will make it easier, faster or more profitable. You know what it takes to do it all, now just go do it.
Picking up skills is not motivation. Some people need to learn how to sell, sell better, or balance a P&L. There are skills involved in business. Figuring out how to get the work done is on you. You know what to do and you need to just accept that. The speed will be based on your daily time commitment. The ease or difficulty is what it is. The profits are based on the value and what you can sell as the worth. If you don’t like the truth, don’t go looking for answers from a guru. They are just going to tell you what you know and charge you.
Do the work, analyze your progress, get skills where needed, and stop wasting time plus money on people that are telling you what you know. Have passion for what you do and find purpose. If you can do these things and accept truth, you won’t need a guru to yell at you or hold your hand.
Yes, everything takes time, effort, and will hurt at some point. Suck it up and get it done.
