B&B Department Stores South: 2010-2015

VP in charge of Staffing, Marketing, Promotions, and Special Events

B&B is a NJ based departments store with 4 locations on the NJ Shore. Company sales average for last 5 years; 7.5 million.

Re branded corporate logo and individual location branding

Expanded the company from 3 stores to 4, in 2015. Responsible for store design and fixtures. Oversaw construction and implementation of design.

  • Reopened 9 am Black Friday, over 100k in sales, 1st 3 days. Ensured survival of company and employment for its 100 plus employees
